1. The personal customer information, obtained through this website, is processed by Piens NV, Guido Gezellelaan 30, 9800 Deinze - Belgium with as sole purpose the completion of orders as well as direct marketing. The personal information requested on the website and given by the customer in order to establish an agreement is necessary for the implementation of this agreement. If the customer does not supply us with this information, Piens NV can not establish or process this agreement.

2. In case of application of this personal customer data (e.g. by e-mail) for direct marketing purposes, the customer has the right to oppose against this use, and this free of charge and without giving any explanation.

3. The personal customer information will not be given to third parties without the authorisation of the customer.

4. One or more "cookies" will be written on the hard disk of the customer’s computer in order to receive full access to www.piens.com or piens.be. A cookie is a small piece of software that is written on a visitor’s hard drive by the visited server. The cookies sent from the www.piens.com or piens.be website keep track of the internet behaviour of the user on the website www.piens.com or piens.be on which the cookies are saved (i.e. visited webpages, number of visits to a webpage, date and time of visit to the website, language of preference of user, last and first name of user if registered on the website or if registered in the past via placing of orders). Purpose of this is to facilitate the customer’s comfort of surfing, identification of sequential visits and direct marketing. In accordance with the Law of december 8, 1992 stipulating the protection of the personal privacy in regard with processing of personal data, the customer has the right to access, change and/or resist to the reception of personalized publicity coming from Piens NV or performed for or by third parties by a simple signed and dated request sent to Piens NV, Guido Gezellelaan 30, 9800 Deinze, Belgium, with as proof a recto-verso copy of his or her identity card. The customer can claim the implementation of these rights by request through e-mail via the support page on the website; in this case Piens NV can demand the customer to deliver proof of identity.
